Does ArbHub work without a mobile signal?
Yes. ArbHub's core site workflow can be used without mobile reception and will sync back to the cloud when your device gets a connection again. A small number of services that depend on external data, such as What3Words lookup, require an internet connection.
What devices does ArbHub work on?
ArbHub works across mobile devices, tablets and computers, so your team can use the device that makes sense for the job.
Who counts as a user?
Anyone who needs to use ArbHub counts as an active user. If someone needs to be named on a site-specific risk assessment, they need their own user account. Office staff using ArbHub also count as users.
What happens when our staff change?
You can archive a user at any time to free up their seat. Archived users can be restored later as often as needed, so you don't need to keep paying for unused seats when your team changes.
Does ArbHub replace Jobber?
No. ArbHub focuses on arboricultural safety, compliance and site documentation. Its Jobber integration lets you pull clients and jobs into ArbHub while continuing to use Jobber for your existing workflow.
Can ArbHub create RAMS?
